Change of staff at Hillside.
Hi everyone. Just had wrists slapped cos I posted this on bottom of Cost of living thread by mistake. Sorry. Just to let everyone know Sermin has left the site office about a month ago and gone to Dalaman. Maybe cos her husband worked for Parador and got made redundant I don't know, just guessing. The new person to email is Ayner Tunk. Think thats how you spell it. Hope this helps anyone who was getting worried.

Re: Change of staff at Hillside.
Hi
this is my first post so hope i am doing everything right?
yes we were getting worried actually! We purchased 2 hillside apartments in June 07 - one in each phase.
phase one due to be finished by dec 08 two by aug 09.
we didnt join owners club and had not had much contact but have just arranged to go on holiday to didim 17-24 sept with a view to seeing how things are going.
we had emailed parador (our agents) to try to arrange this when i discovered they seem to have gone into voluntary liquidation!
anyway we will be there soon so can take some photos and give anyone who is interested an update
thanks for the name of the new contact - do you have an email address for him please?

Hi Glenda and Keith,
The email address is ufukhillside@hotmail.com. I don't know but I think Ayner is a female. We are going out a week on Monday so we might meet each other. We are there until 22nd.

Re: Change of staff at Hillside.
Hi Guys,
Just to let you know we arrived back in England yesterday. Another staff change at the office. Sermin's husband Erhan or Arhan (forgot how he said he spelt it) He speaks very good English so anything you want to know just email him. All the blocks are started now. Some nearing completion. It was brilliant to be out there again. Lovely to be back at work today NOT.
Tell you more later
Wendy and Mark
Ps Nice to have met Glenda and Kieth even though it was a brief visit. Hope you caught the boat ok. Sorry we missed you Laz and Jayne and Steve? Was it you two who rung us when we were out. Mark couldn't hear properly and didn't catch your name we were on a busy road at the time. Sorry

Re: Change of staff at Hillside.
Hi Mark and Wendy,
Glad you had a nice visit to turkey, did you bring back any photos. If so can you post then on the forum or send them to me direct as we are going out to turkey next monday and would like to see the progress so far. Did you look for any furniture while you were there? , if so can you recommend any good shops.
You said that there has been some changes in the sales office, does that mean that sermin is back.

Re: Change of staff at Hillside.
Hi Andrew and Carolyn,
No Sermin isn't back. She is having a baby. Her husband now works in the office instead. Didn't do the photo thing this time but they are getting on well with the site. Kronos A seemed to go up in front of our eyes the two weeks we were there. They built the pool, they put a roof on two of the leto blocks they put three retaining walls up all in the two weeks we were there so its going pretty well. We already had our furniture from previous visits. If you ask Arhan when you get there he might be able to recommend furniture shops.
Hope you have a brilliant stay. Wish we were going back again but will have to wait for next April now.
See you soon
Wendy and Mark.

Re: Change of staff at Hillside.
Hi Wendy and MArk,
Yes it was us on the phone. Sorry to have missed you too. We were also impressed at the amount going on construction wise. The builders remain confident that phase 1 will be ready by the end of December. There is a lot of focus on getting the swimming pool and restaurant which are centrally located on Appolon well advanced so as to have facilities available at the planned completion date.
As far as Phase 2 is concerned the shaping earthworks are complete but construction of the foundations are unlikely before December/January.
We got back last week and tried to upload some photos. I don't know what we did but we managed to find ourselves excluded from this Forum! Now we are back in we will try uploading again during this week.
