friar tuck Senior Member	New Restaurant in Üzümlü A new restaurant has opened in Üzümlü it is called The Üzüm Han it is run by locals and is very pleasant the food is simple but good and quite cheap, the upstairs has been done out beautifully and it has a courtyard at the rear set out with tables and chairs, it is situated next to the Pide Bar in the village above a little library.

friar tuck Senior Member	Re: New Restaurant in Üzümlü After you have passed the Jandarma and Atatürk statue you come in to the village proper on the right you will see the Pide Bar it is down the side of the Pide Bar before you get to the village square, they do nice steaks, curry, shish etc and a typical three course meal with drink will cost about 17ytl.

After reading of being able to get a three course meal for about £6.50 including drink,you can understand us newcomers being astounded by so many other threads saying how expensive Turkey has become in the past few years.
They must have given the food away 3 years ago.
