water ?
hi , whats the situation with the water supply at the moment ? we are staying in uzumlu , the end of August for 2 weeks and would like to know if it as improved . We heard that there was a drought ! and people didn't have any water for days .

I think some areas have been without periodically but we have been ok over on the side by the garages. Pressure is variable as per norm.

there is a serious drought in Turkey which is pushing up the prices of foodstuffs.
listen to any turkish woman about how essential fruit and veg have gone up this week...also milk production is being affected
at present meat the kasap is cheaper than the manav.

as far as I heard on TV only Ankara has problems with water...and here in Akyaka( Aegean) everything is ok.
