Google Based Real Estate Posting
Hello All,
I created this web site since I was tired of the similar ones in Turkey:
Turkish version: http://www.satarsa.com
English version: http://www.satarsa.com/Default.aspx?lang=en-US
It's a Property Posting site where you can mark your property on a Google Map and/or you can see all the postings on a single map. Please feel free to send any comments. Also please let me know if one day you sell/buy property from this site, I promise I won't ask for my cut!
Thanks,
Murat

As you say Andy I went to his profile and "Clicked" ended up on an Emlak site.
I think some guidance is needed here in respect of Rule 19. Whilst his idea is great he has to state his postion. No offence intended.
19- A number of our members have vested interests in estate agents or are representatives for estate agents, or are in a position to make financial gain from being a member of this forum. This conflict of interest may influence their posts. So, for the sake of all our member, please come clean, and state clearly your position. Readers could then form their own judgment. Any member who fall into the vested interest category must include this information as part of their profile signature. No links to any external websites are allowed in your signatures company names are fine, please do not abuse the facility and do come clean, if it's found out later that you did not declare your interests your membership will be revoked.

Re: Google Based Land Posting
Thanks for the comments...
shirleyanntr,
I'm not in the real estate business (wish I was though), I'm a professional web developer... Satarsa is not a company name, I do not own any companies. I do not charge people in my web site. I don't even have any advertisement running on this web site. In other words, your visit will not benefit me financially even though you buy/sell properties from the site.
Murat

your web site looks nice!
but as for your words wish i was though i doubt if you will be happy if you are a real estate agent. we have just get rid of this business and i am happy more that could ever be. people in turkey like to earn money easy without working. the same was about my husbands brother who thought, you sale a house put 10 000 YTl in you pocket and free for a holiday for a month or so. I remember it like a nightmare. We broked all the relationships with my husbands brother, closed our emlak that we shared and happy running only our own car hire and a hunting and fishing shop. real estate isnt really so bright and shining as seems to be
