Hello everyone, we think that we have a good webpage, we designed and built our webpage through trial and error to make it easy to navigate. I've looked at your website, for trial and error method you've made a good start I think.
The colour scheme is good -white text on blue background - reasonably clear to read. I found only two flag links work (Germany and US) and I don't read German but noticed the layout was different to the US one. Might be my browser but, none of the side menu links worked on both the German and US pages. Sometimes people get frustrated when links don't work and then they don't re-visit your site. Might be an idea to test it all before putting it live.

Hi Rubab,
I've just had a look at your German site - I'm English but have lived in Germany for many years. Did you get a German to write it? Sounds rather English influenced to me. Some of the vocbulary is wrong -e.g. 'unerreichbar' = unattainable, inaccessible! The word order looks very Anglo-Saxon too. But, as I say, I'm not a native speaker.
I couldn't get the links on the left to work either.

Quick bit of feedback, the side menu doesn't work with Firefox but does with IE. With the number of people not using IE because of hijacking problems you are losing some of the market.
