Internet Explorer 7
Downloaded Internet Explorer 7 from Microsoft's website.
Text is poor on some websites and our rental website is not aligned correctly and links don't work.
Restored back to IE6 now. Anyone know anything about IE7 and how long it's been out.
Microsoft's website said something about pre-release??

Re: Internet Explorer 7
It's a beta copy not a final release. They do this to find any bugs that might be there

Re: Internet Explorer 7
yes, it is a beta version but I dont really like it either and will stick to my firefox and maxthon browsers for now. Adblok feature is a big must, hate websites with ads but luckily I dont see any when using firefox.
Also there is a beta version of messenger 8 aswell.
8.0 beta

Re: Internet Explorer 7
Anyone experienced hang when multiple Firefox browsers open + super high processor usage? I really like Firefox but about once a day, I lose something in the middle because of this. Realise this isn't a tech thread but anyway.....

Re: Internet Explorer 7
Yes it does use some processor power especially if you have multiple windows open. Still prefer it to IE and there are some great extensions and plugins.

Yes we agree
We have a separate IE7 icon and run it alongside our old browser window for BT Yahoo broadband.
Its just an extra facility and we kept the old firefox too

Me too, I'd say
