Great review DalamanDeli, i don't often rave about a place but this one is FAB. Not long to go now, just 4 weeks and i will be sitting in the Waterfall restaurant with it's gorgeous surroundings, great food and just relaxing. Oh yeh and the first time staying in the new house!!! can't wait.

And that was without trying the great eggs! (Still had some on our faces due to the hour!) So what you say goes.
Oh did you notice many vegetarian options? Either Ruth or any other diners?

Thanks Debbie!
Must admit I didn't make a great study of the menu as it wasn't my intention at the time to write a review. We will be going again very soon as the first of our friends come out at the weekend, so I will take more notice next time and update this thread. Maybe take some better photos too!

Re: White Rock Restaurant - Stunning!
We've just got back from 2 great weeks staying in our villa in Akkaya and, having used the restaurant on quite a few occassions, we thought we'd add our comments on the experience.
Well, what a place! We've never seen anything like it before - a real achievement by Kamil and Fadime. It's a natural wonder and a great place to chill out, eat good food and see and listen to the sounds of nature and the waterfall. We can't fault the food or service and the value is also very good so we'd say it's definitely worth the visit.
We can highly recommend the prawn starter as well as the prawn cassarole and steak main courses. There are a few meat-free options and when the waiter over-heard us discussing these he said they could also do us a Neapolitan pasta dish. I'm sure they would also be able to rustle up other options too.
We have to give special mention to the Turkish breakfast (see photos) which helped us while away over 2 hours one fine Sunday morning. We sat in one of the tree nests to be in the shade and slowly made our way through the cheeses, eggs, salad, potatoes, jam, honey, olives, grapes, Turkish tea and lots of freshly baked bread. And all of this for the price of around £2.60 per head. It was fantastic so we'd also recommend visiting in the morning as well as trying the evening menu.
So, a big thank you to Kamil and Fadime for creating this beautiful place and for also making our visits there such an enjoyable (and tasty!) experience.

Re: White Rock Restaurant - Stunning!
Cheers Gerry and Kathryn,
Haven't heard from you two for a while. Hope you are both very well and enjoying married life.
I tend to eat 95% vegetarian just because I find it tastier but my 16 and 13 year old only eat vegetarian including no gelatin in sweets etc. For them its taste and conscience.
Will now try the breakfast too. Do you have to book or are they always open?

Re: White Rock Restaurant - Stunning!
Hi Debbie & Gordon
As you know we have just returned from White Rock, our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren 9, 5 and 3 came out while we where there. We all thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, what a place! food is fantastic, we both enjoyed the prawn starter, and many more dishes but i have forgotten there names now. The waiters made our family very welcome and amused our grandchildren. The waiters work very hard up and down those steps, I felt if I worked down there for just one day a week I could loose all the weight I had put on by eating there. We are back on July 23rd for 5 weeks and it cannot come quick enough.

ps can you make 7th June?
