Hawkmoth caterpillar

The closest id I can get on these critters is the Sphinx hawkmoth caterpillar
although these are more yellow than green, they are at least 110mm in length and quite fat, they have voracious appetites and have decimated one of my shrubs! but hey ho its been fun watching them grow

Great Pics. The first I knew that we had these in the garden was their droppings on the path!!!!

They are monsters, couldn't bring myself to kill them but put them on wasteland nearby.

Thank you for the ID v6cod interestingly the Moth eats honey
and we have hives not far from us....I'm tempted to give one a little
poke to see if I can get it to squeek lol

I agree Sonny Jim about the droppings they are numerous!!
