After 10 years.

After 10 years of trying to get a picture of the wild boar outside my house I eventually managed, still not great pics but the best to date.
I put food out at the same time after dark and after a couple of nights they were never more than a few minutes away. (Dont tell my Turkish neighbours)
It was difficult due to lighting and having nothing to focus on in the dark but eventually caught mother and her young.

Re: After 10 years.

So even since nearly walking into them the other night when walking back from the bus stop it didn't put them off coming back, but at least you now have a picture.

You try walking up to one of those shouting 'Mint Sauce' then I think you will see the difference between a woolieless sheep and one of those beasties.

Re: After 10 years.

Walking my dog before daylight the other morning, I heard a grunting on the other side of a wall. A few yards further on and I was rewarded with the sight of 4 little piglets dashing across the road and up into the undergrowth on the side of the mountain. Oh what we see when we don't have a camera.
