Glen, thanks for your post. Our meetings are open to people from any location, not just those living in Didim. However we are WOMEN IN TURKEY and at this stage the group is attended solely by females - however please see our website for all that is going on in the meetings, and also for all factsheets etc.

Yes it certainly is incredible!! We are immensely proud to have made such large gains in such a short space of time and we will continue to work toward the education of all women in Turkey on the subject of the link between Cervical Cancer and the HPV Virus with the support of the NCCC.

I know some of us blokes had a laugh at the time with our usual humour but, joking apart, Sue and I think what you have done is tremendous and the effort you put into it is paying dividends now.

Us WIT girls had a fab day out yesterday in Izmir - many thanks to Sam for all her organisation - it was no mean feat. The sun shone, we had our fella's credit cards, the shops were open and all was well with the world. Like the best laid plans of mice and men, all did not go smoothly but, for me, this only added to the overall fun we had. Kym's blog on our website will elaborate on our day and I believe that some of our photos will be published too - oh well no protection for the innocent then!!!!!!

Can't wait for our Sirince trip in April - heaven knows what will happen with the addition of wine!!!!!!!
