Meet ups ,Yalikavak ??
I noticed Lynda,on the Alanya Forum is suggesting some meet ups when people are over there.This seems to be a good idea,even if its just coffee .Maybe we on the Yali forum can adopt her idea. Mag and I will be in Yalikavak April 8 to april 15 .It would be nice to say hello to any members over there then.
Perhaps others could add to this for these and other dates.Might be fun in amongst the curtain and Crockery shopping !! Peter.

Hi we're over from the 1st to the 15th, no problems with baby sitters, it would be lovely to have a child free evening out.

Maybe we can meet up Yali. I'm sure ,if we keep this thread going for a while,Miss Money Penny there will be one or two who spot it and are going over when you are.Lets see how things develop. Pete....Mag and I have got our Turkish evening class tonight (3rd Lesson ) I cant see us being very fluent by April 8.

Aegean flights have notified us of a time change with our August flights, rang up to confirm that we were fine with change and checked that our flights for 01/04/08 are still on as haven't received tickets yet and was concerned over threads re cancellation but they assure me that everything is hunky dorey and tickets will be issued in the next couple of weeks.

Yes Yalicat. Its a worry. We are booked with Aegean flights. I thought that was that until I read the various posts on cancelled flights. I'll relax on April 8 when we board the plane. Peter

Sorry i'm being very blonde at the moment, ours is the 10.15am flight from Birmingham to Bodrum on 01/04/08 and Aegean assure me that the flight is still on although I shall be happier when the tickets arrive. |

Me Cat and the boys are in Yali from the 20th March to the 27th and again at whitsun when ever that is, good to meet up if anyone is interested maybe an Efes or 4????
