Hi There

My wife and I purchased a duplex villa in Deep Valley from Harmony Homes. I would like to know if there are any good funiture shops in Yall, or Bodrum that you know who would provide furniture packages at good prices.

Any buying tips greatly appreciated.

If you could befriend an English speaking Turk to by it for you,you will save a lot of money. He will get a different price ! Most turks would gladly do an afternoons bartering for you for £100 ,and you will still save a fortune.
The problem with buying packages from management companies is that they take a big cut too. If only Furniture shops would display prices on their goods it would be easy for buyers. Once Ikea opens in Bodrum ,the furniture shops with their "English Packages " will have to sharpen their pencils !

Lynne (Harrison) from Bodrum property services could be a useful contact for you. She is English and based in Gundogan. She provides a furnishing service, knows the stores, speaks the language and gets a good deal. She would shop for you or with. More cost effective than the furniture pack option.
She posts regularly on the forum and very knowledgable about the area generally. You could look her up on the forum members list and drop her a pm.
