Hi All

Can anyone help or give me information? I would like to hear from anyone who knows of Rotam Halas Construction and knows of the whereabouts of any of the directors of this company. We're having a nightmare at the moment (and for some time) with this company who have basically taken our money, not finished the development and stopped trading. I do believe that they have started and not finished other developments, so I would be interested to hear from anyone else who's in the same boat. We've now instructed another Solicitor (in London) who has opened a can of worms.

Thanks for your support, Jeannie. I'll let you know how things go on. At the moment we're waiting a full report from our lawyers before we decide how we will proceed.

Hi there, I too purchased a property in Bodrum on the peninsula back in 2006 which was part of the Zamback Development, Bora Bicakci of Rotam Halas was the developer, they did not finish the site, were happy to take the money and our Tapu (deeds) are nowhere to be seen! the locks have been changed at our apartment and all of our belongings removed? Which agency did you buy through and what was your solicitors name who acted for you on the purchase? look forward to hearing from you..
