Charging For Water
Hi folks,
Heard and rumour and don't know whether it's true or not but I've been told it's going to cost approximately 550YTL to be connected to the new sewerage system (per house)
Has anyone else heard anything?
Cheers

Re: Charging For Water
Funnily enough, now our valley in Fethiye is nearing completion and has the new sewer in place down the centre, a rumour is going around that the council may bill each homeowner(villa or apartment) 635 YTL (£250) for the facility.
Nothing has yet transpired in the past 3 months but bills were supposedly planned for each household to cover the building of our new sewer so watch this space!!

Re: Charging For Water
Perhaps ,as our valley needed a stream diversion and a brand new sewer put into what was countryside before, that makes a difference and the cheaper charges were to connect to an existing sewer.
Time will tell.
Sounds like Kenny and Sue are being asked to help pay for a brand new sewer like us(If it happens!!!)

Re: Charging For Water
Its not for the brand new sewerage system - this was put in last year - its for the connection from each house to the actual system
