Re: How much are your maintenance charges??
Hi first time for me. Can anyone tell me if they know of the property management company called Patrimal? They have put an offer in on our complex but can't seem to get any information about them.
Thanks for any help

Yes, they are the ones who rent and run the Ali Baba restaurant. I believe they are thinking of doing maintenance, i believe in the old adage, stick to what you know! They did start doing our site but did not last long - when we requested the weeds needed sorted out, they sprayed them with kitchen bleach - enough said!!

Re: How much are your maintenance charges??
We have just been asked to pay £60 per month for our site thats not even finished! No swimming pool with water, no caretaker, no landscaping other than some patchy grass and a few plants, but we do have collapsed steps to all levels and roads which are unpassable. If it's £60 to maintain this , heaven help us when it's finished.

£60 is nothing. Stop complaining....it should go down when the site is completed.
I pay £137 a month..

OK So you think £60 is alright then. How about the £2000 extra we have to pay to COMPLETE the site. We have not even been able to stay there yet, and have not got our title deeds either and as of tomorrow, we have 'owned' our dump 3 years so thats why I'm COMPLAINING, AND IT'S NOT ONLY ME EITHER.

Owena - Court is expensive but if you can get more owners to share the cost, it is worth going to court as these developers need to know that we are not stupid and cnnot get away with continually ripping us off. Problem is, they see pound signs and think we are all nieve!

As an after thought Owena, legally, you do not have to pay maintenance until you have a habitation certificate, up and till the point where this is granted, the grounds remain the responsability of the developer.

What? Where do you get that from?
Habitation Certs only come with Kat Mulyiketi status.
