We will be arriving into Bodrum Milas at about 9pm next week on our way to Yalikavak.

Can anyone tell me whether there are any supermarkets on the route between the airport and Yalikavak that are open late, so that we can get stop off and get some provisions.

What are the usual opening times for supermarkets?

Hi Juliam 500...... If you are going to Yali via Bodrum, then you will find Kippa on the right hand side before the Yalikavak turn off, it is open 7 days a week until 11pm every night...... I think Carrefour is open until 9 or 10pm.... Otherwise the little corner shops (some open all night) will provide you with water milk etc.....

If you come the same way as us - along the top coast - then at 10pm I think that Tansas, Carrefour and Migros are all still open, but afraid I don't know closing time. The little shops near to the market area are open later, and have what you need to tide you over until morning.

Migros are open till 9 not 10 but that could change by next week !

If you are delayed, look out for any garages that are open on the main road for milk, water etc to keep you going. Proved a lifesaver in the past for us.

Hi - you will always find a 'bakkal' - small market shop open somewhere. They will sell enough to get you by until you get to the supermarkets. Try the Yaprak market opposite the Kivanc Hotel. We call him Arkwrights because he really is open all hours!
