I know I always moan about "it's time for something extra", but BBC Prime has disappeared. Is anyone else in the same boat or is it just me?

I am in Antalya and it went off on Thursday. Mines is on hotbird. I can still get teletext and also hebrew subtitles(very useful!) No sound, no picture. I have twiddled, like I do, with the remote and nothing is bringing it back.

We lost it too but have been to the shop where we purchased the box from and they said they will re-programme it for free..Try getting in touch with your supplier..
