What are the going prices for unfurnished rentals 2bed in yali??

Hello All

Im trying to find out some information for our friends.
They live here in yali, all year round, long term and there land lords are asking for a rent increase.
What are the going rates for 2 bedroom apartments. I know that the property companies are asking high prices. But if any of you lovely people on here have rentals could you please give us an idea.

And it might be worth asking, are there any apartments available for rent now?

We rent our two bed furnished apart for 550 YTL per month with water and electricity on top, its about 1000M from the centre - Hope that helps

it depends if its furnished or unfurnished..and the area too..close to sea facilities etc.

Its un-furnished and the place where they are are now is near by the fish restaurants.so maybe 25 min walk into the town.

We paid 400ytl first 6 months then 450ytl for a 2 bed near the sea and centre but wıth no views 18 months ago and would expect to pay about 550-600 for the same now. Anything with a view possibly more. The longer you commit for and pay lump sum in advance the better the price gets. Bills and any site fees on top.
