residency permit help

Can anyone tell me where to find the link for the form required by foreigners to renew there residency permit? I have trawled the forum and googled but dont have any luck.
Also our permit is due on the 2nd of october, I will be in uk until the 3rd of october, will I still be able to use my permit to re enter Turkey, or will I have to pay the 10 visa? (I understand we have a couple of weeks grace to renew when here).
Thanks
Lin

Re: residency permit help

Hi
You will not be able to use your res permıt,as ıt wıll have expired when you arrive.
You will have to pay the 10 pounds and then apply for your permıt.

Re: residency permit help

I agree with Mark, you will have to pay 10 pounds when you enter Turkey again. The 15 days grace only applies if you are in Turkey at the time your RP expires.

Re: residency permit help

You have to get the form at the station where you renew your RP.

Don't think you can get it online.

Anyway, you have to go the the polis to hand in the form and other documents, so if the form was online, it would not be much help.

Re: residency permit help

The form is on this website Anasayfa

Anasayfa

Scroll down it is on the bottom left hand side. Ikamet Beyanname Formu.

It is an Excel spreadsheet form and can be downloaded to your computer.

It will be read-only (you can't change it) when you download so save it with a different name to your computer.

There are two sides to the form On Yuz and Arka Yuz

Now you will have to fill it in on a computer, both sides, and print it out for when you go to the port police.
Recently I know of people in BODRUM who have been sent away with their handwritten forms to an internet cafe to get it filled in on the computer.

Hope this helps.

Re: residency permit help

Gill, thank you for this information. My partner and I want to apply for the first time. Should one of us complete the form and put the other on as our companion? It also asks when we were in turkey. We have been coming and going a lot over the past 6-7 years...should I put that or will it be confusing. I want to get it right. Also, when it asks for mother's name, does it mean mother's maiden name? When it asks for place of birth, how much detail do they want? Is it enough to put UK? Sorry for so many questions but it would be so easy to make a mistake. I did try to find help in completing the form but to no avail:-( Many thanks

Re: residency permit help

Yes, Gill, here in Fethiye the forms have to be completed on a computer. Handwritten forms are not accepted.
Sorry, forgot to say thank you for the link.
