If anyone has any directions to Sleepy Valley that would be good as the page I had in favourites for last year seems to be dead now. I know it is somewhere near Gokceler but have no directions now.
To get to Sleepy Valley, drive past Bodrum Airport, go thru the long village of Koru and as the road starts to climb there is a massive tree in the middle of the road. Turn right just before the tree, high up on the right there is a sign for Sleepy Valley. We just followed the signs and eventually found the cafe and the start of the walk. We did feel we missed something hopefully someone can explain in more detail exactely where to walk to once you cross the river. Watch out for the cafe its expensive or so others told me. Also there are turtles in the river watch out for them, good photographic opportunities.

I have removed the images because they are hosted on postimage.org website which has a lot of pornographic images which some may find offensive and there are possibility of viruses from these types of sites.

Please repost the images to another hosting site.

Re: A good place to visit

presumably the images originated from some sort of tourist info site. Can the same images be found elsewhere from a tourist site.

Re: A good place to visit

Its the walls of the bouleuterion. It was like a Town Hall/Meeting Place. There are some steps round the side and when you go up them it's like the photo inside.

Thank you. I remember it now. Just couldn't place that pic previously.

Have you visited Lagina also? It's just round the corner, on towards Mugla and turn left at the power station then sign posted on the right. A lot smaller but worth a quick visit if you are in the area.
